Avanza Youth Leadership is a 5-month statewide program (two cohorts per year) for students ages 14–18 that builds leadership and civic engagement skills. Each year, 10 students are selected by application to participate in virtual workshops, monthly mentorship, and a capstone community project, culminating in an in-person graduation in Central Arkansas. The program equips youth with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to take active roles in their communities.
